Paid them to install an electrical line by my patio outside. It had a weatherproof cover and…read moreoutdoor gfi outlet. The first time I used it, the gfi kept popping and wouldn't work. I made what I thought was a warranty call and had the company come back out to inspect. They took the outlet apart and reconnected the wires. They then told me I had to pay $150 for what took them 15 minutes to fix. I said that it should be covered under their warrant but they refused saying it was something related to the landscape lighting. After I complained to the owner, they offered to lower the invoice to $95. Luckily I haven't had an issue since they came back out, but paying almost $400 for one outlet installed and then another $95 for what should have been covered by their warranty is a big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend using them.
