Ridiculous!!! Festus, the reject from duck hunters told me I couldn't was my clothes when I walked in before 9:30pm. I informed him that I only needed to wash and ask how long does the was take. He told me 20 minutes. I said ok and turned to leave and then he offered the excuse that they only had cold water not knowing that I was my clothes in cold water. I'm sure he doesn't own the place and because I own a business I understand the importance of hiring people who listen before answering and have customer service as their goal. I was here today because the others were closed due to weather and I can tell you this place does not look like the pics posted. Over half of their washers and dryers are out of order, water on floors from washers, washers do not spin out correctly and left my laundry soaked, half is dryers do not get hot. This place is filthy and is not maintained. I seriously do not recommend. read more

I recently visited this Laundromat, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. A ton of the washers were out of order, and the ones that were working left my clothes only partially cleaned. When it came to drying my clothes I had to keep switching dryers to find one that could actually dry them with heat. Hopefully they can fix this place up, but as of now, I do not recommend. read more

Not a good place to work or do laundry. Nothing ever gets fixed and to many machines take money , isnt that same as stealing from your customers if you keep putting money in machines that don't work and you can't find a number to work that you can get refunded . So that money goes into the owners pocket and the consumer loses right ! That's how the rich get richer and the poor keeps getting poorer. Dryers blow cold air so ppl keep having to add quarters when it's just a matter of adjustment, a few seconds . When other employees harass you and you have no one to turn to because it falls on deaf ears because they are buddy buddy with the same employees that either make a hostile work environment,or you have them harassing you making you feel very uncomfortable. When tvs security systems, pin ball rubber bands and gum ball machines are more important than getting working equipment,something is so wrong . When I as a recent employee take the slack from ppl loosing money day after day because no one else wants to deal with it , something is definitely wrong with this company . No attendant on duty! Put my laundry in washer and washer is broke! Now waiting entire time for cycle to go through but washer not moving! Terrible business procedure with no attendant. Lost my money and time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

Consistent hours and service, lots of machines and sitting area. Vending machines, kids books, jukebox, change machine. Helpful workers on site, gave me a refund when a machine ate my quarters. read more
