For their services and i worn it a couple times and washed it and a couples patches fell off. so I look on the inside of the shirt and they only put a few stitches on the patches. So I take it back to them and told them to fix it right now. They said they would fix it and now they have had the shirt for 3 months and they haven't done anything and I've called and they keep telling me me that it'll be fixed in another week. Very dissappointed and so sad too see customer service going down hill these days..

I informed him that I only needed to wash and ask how long does the was take. He told me 20 minutes. I said ok and turned to leave and then he offered the excuse that they only had cold water not knowing that I was my clothes in cold water. I'm sure he doesn't own the place and because I own a business I understand the importance of hiring people who listen before answering and have customer service as their goal.
