Although it…read morecan be storming outside, when you're inside, it's like sunshine with a friendly bubbly stuff. I had a busy week shopping for investment properties and needed a break. Since we were in central Florida, our options were either going to a theme park or to the beach. I choose the beach and of course naturally covering myself in sand by the time I left. I hauled everything (including my week's worth of laundry) over to Sunny Bubbles since I didn't want to deal with the inconvenience of attempting to get the sand out. I was welcomed as immediately as I arrived at the building. My first impressions were of the space's cleanliness and the machines' apparent state of maintenance. The floors are pristine, and there is plenty of illumination. I was asked if I would require their drop-off service by a staff member. Please take note that I have only ever used a drop-off service once, and I did not enjoy it at all. But I was aware that I needed to get ready for the following week and that employing their service would save me time. My two laundry bags were dropped off, and the final bill was shockingly inexpensive. I was advised my laundry may take at least a day to complete, which wasn't a concern. But a few hours later, I received a phone call alerting me that everything was finished that day. When I arrived to get my bags, I noticed that they had provided me an extra bag into which they had separated the beach blanket. I observed that everything was arranged neatly inside my other laundry bags. So that they wouldn't fall out as you carry your bag back home, small items such as socks were bundled up together in smaller bags. The manager and staff are very accommodating and willing to help. This laundromat has climbed to the top of my list due to the excellent service and staff. Can they possibly be more convenient? Yes, you can use their amenities and pay for services immediately from your phone using their own app.

Please don't falsely advertise on multiple signs that the last wash is at 9pm when it is way before that. Update signs, retrain your staff, or schedule someone that can stay the designated hours. I rarely have to leave 1 reviews :/…read more So here goes! This is too crazy. Bullying and harassment because of what the employee did. The male owner came in was well aware of the situation and cared more about trying to prove me wrong VS ownership and accountability of what happened. I was adding my laundry in the the washer when this employee came over next to me and hit me in the knee with her arm then said "sorry" and started laughing like a hysterical hyena. She never asked if I was okay. I said... actually that's not okay and why are you laughing? I have a bad knee and.... She started screaming at the top of her lungs I said I was sorry. She was screaming so loud I had to bust out my video camera and she immediately stopped yelling. There was another employee that was changing shifts and she asked me what happened and this woman started screaming over me so I couldn't tell her -- I apologized was being screamed by the laughing lady. Well, assaulting (yes, that's the legal term if someone hits you - accidentally or not) as someone with a bad knee in their weak knee then laughing and screaming isn't... OKAY. I'm pretty sure it's illegal. I'm sitting here debating on calling the cops. I have to finish my laundry sadly but it maybe best to file a report. I'm shaking and she yells and laughs at people she just hit in the knee. It wasn't funny. I didn't call the cops because I didn't receive a major injury and I know it was unintentional uncaring about distance and comfort of customers. So, why waste the resources. Update owner came over to me with 10 mins to go on my wash and started freaking out about this review. Truth is truth but coming and freaking out on the person who left the review just shows the chain of command agrees with this poor behavior and added to the BS Update Owner again not wanting to take accountability for his employee came yelling at me again. Mind you this whole entire situation I was minding MY business and they kept messing with me.... Business owners was super pissed at this review. Well, good. He should be pissed at what his employee did to a customer but some peoples priorities are about looking good VS being good.
