Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

It was clean and machines were working and it had tons of games and room for everyone to sit while doing their laundry. Our washer broke so we decided to come here since it was nearby. I felt safe and it took a total of 45 minutes to do two big loads of laundry. They had all sizes of washers and dryers for your use. $6.50 for a wash and $1.50 for drying was a good deal. I would definitely go back if needed. It's also open 24 hours so can't beat that!

Staff has always been friendly and kind, facilities are clean and I have only seen a few dryers out of order last visit, but were fixed by this visit. There are many ways to pay for the machines (coin, card at the desk, or an app on your phone). Their machines were quick and it was nice that they had many tables available to do my folding. I live alone and my laundry had become very backed up. Unfortunately, I fell and required an ambulance/hospitalization. Prior to coming home, my sister dropped off my laundry at Pacoa's - finding it conveniently located in Publix Shopping Center, and it was 72 lbs (several items were wet)! When I was discharged from the hospital we were able to pick it up on the way home! I have never been so pleasantly surprised at the pride these folks take in their work! The clothes weren't simply hung at shoulders or folded and put over hanger; these were meticulously placed so the clothing would remain wrinkle-free and unstretched! The hangers were covered by the light blue drycleaning protective bags. I don't ever take that care with my clothes! The folding was so precise and uniform, I didn't want to take it out. No kidding, when you are disabled and have many, many needs - you notice details like this. And -- it is AFFORDABLE!! I'm so impressed with the efforts and product these folks provide that I want to tell them to charge more as they are definitely worth it! I'm trying pickup/delivery today and honestly, I expect them to be eagerly smiling when they knock on the door! Pacoa is a Treasure in Tampa Bay!
