Not only is it difficult to make an appointment, but it also is difficult to get the website to work correctly. I'd rather deal with the person who cares about your business, versus a governmental agency that does not care about people's time and energy that it takes to make an appointment. Especially when you're a tax payer. I've lived in Las Vegas for 30 years and I've never been treated so poorly by the DMV I highly recommend this business!
