These people are a rip off first they told me they would have to contact California because I bought the car in auction and the title was wrong $250 for that / then told me DMV was going to be estimated at around $500 for registration I paid them the $250 to start the process something told me to go check myself at DMV walked out of there with car registered and all I paid was $27 for plates and $76 for registration... Used there services for registration on a vehicle last week. The woman in the front that helped me was wonderful. She was quick and very helpful. Lowest price in the area as well. when finished she informed me that the license plates would arrive in 2-4 weeks. She called me 2 days later and said they were ready to pick up. I don't know how they made it happen but that was amazingly fast. Will use their services again 100% and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of registering their vehicle and don't want to deal with the nightmare of going to the DMV. I went online and registered my car my total was $600 included late fees etc. my card was charged roughly close to 1000 before I was refunded and was told that was the estimate from the dmv . So where is the 400 dollar difference coming from? Never again bad horrible business save yourself some time and money and go online I was almost out of 400 extra dollars if I would of proceeded. With her "inaccurate" estimate and it was off 400 according to online registration with the dmv so the estimate is her estimate not the dmv and came up with multiples excuses and fees to keep 100 of my 1000 that was refunded. read more

We recently used B&L DMV Services to register a car we purchased out of state back in February. Because of COVID it was nearly impossible to get an appointment before the extension deadline and we didn't really want to sit at the DMV with a bunch of people right now so we decided to use this company. I can't thank B&L DMV services enough for helping me with my out of state registration. At first I went to another 3rd party DMV service, which was a total scam. They tried to charge me 3x what B&L charged and tried to sneak in an extra bogus "out of state fee" of $150 on top of their main service charge. My last trip to the DMV was a 3+ hour nightmare. So I went in to B&L and found them to be very professional and knowlegeable. They had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I got there. Also, they had told me in advance I needed a smog check (something I never would've thought of - one extra dmv trip saved) and when I showed them my certificate they pointed out that the smog test certificate had been issued for the wrong vin (two extra dmv trips saved). I faxed them the new certificate the next day and they got me my plates the day after. Totally exceeded my expectations. $45 to save three trips to the DMV? Best deal ever! read more
