I first tried to register a car and boat trailer on the DMV website. Upon checking, there was a 6 week wait before an appointment can be scheduled. Since I wasn't able to wait the 6 weeks, I figured I would just go in person... only to find out that they only have "walk-ins" on Wednesdays. Wow, what a fantastic service. Having called the DMV with no answer all week, I with a new hip, drove all the way down there only to find out you have to make an online appointment. I waited 2 hours just to try to get a temporary registration and was still waiting when I finally heard about Mobile DMV services and called them.
