If the person is on the National Do Not Call Registry, that is bumped up to $1,500). They have ignored my requests to settle this out of court, so I am now starting the process of suing them. While I am waiting for the court date, I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can to make sure these people do not get a cent from anyone anywhere else. We notified the lawyer that it was an error on his end due to the incorrect color that needed to be fixed. We had the pleasure of contracting with QX Printing to update our Take out and Dining in Menu…read more After receiving our Dining room menu it was found that there were errors in the printing and this organization refused to remedy the issue and is requesting we pay more to have the menu reprinted. Frankly, this is not the business you want to choose to work with. There are many other printing companies out there they will take the time to assist with resolving any print errors. At this juncture, we will be resolving this issue on our own without the help of QX Printing as we refuse to pay any additional fees more then what we have already paid. It is highly suggested to stay away from this company for your printing needs. Also, they do not take credit card payments.
