This review has been a long time coming, and is well deserved. These folks, and Greg, in particular are incredible. They helped me tremendously in a tough situation and really stepped up to save the day. They're my knights in wrapped armor! My car was wrapped by another SpeedPro location back in 2015. The car was vandalized in 2017 and the wrap was damaged on one side. The staff at the original Speedpro had changed and the current crew was beyond useless, despite having the design on file. A frustrating saga that lasted over 1 1/2 years continued on while they stalled on doing the repair. After reaching out to him, Greg stepped up and I was able to snag the file. He was tireless in getting the color matching to the different printer calibration and the slight fade over the years on the original. His communication was spot-on, he knew his stuff, was extremely professional, and the price was lower than expected. And from beginning to end the process took less than a month. The new patches he placed on nearly match the rest of the wrap and are indistinguishable to anyone who sees the car. Great work and stellar customer care!!!! read more

My wife and I were at Morgan's Jeweler's on Thursday, May 14th buying my daughter a Graduation present. As we were standing at the register, I was expressing my extreme frustration with the original place (I found online) to do a banner for our daughters graduation. They were not going to be able to get the banner to us by Friday the 15th even though I had put the order in on May 5th, that it was going to take 10-15 days just to produce and another day to deliver. This was so disappointing, would have made it impossible to get it by tomorrow, but we were just going to have to wait I guess. Given all the COVID-19 going on and delays I still could not believe it was going to take this long. Long story short there was gentleman (Mike) at the register who happened to be listening to our conversation, noticed how frustrated and unhappy we were. He suggested SpeedPro Imaging in Torrance, as they do all their design work and promotional stuff, to see what they could do for us. He sent a text over to the person he always deals with at SpeedPro Imaging, along with a picture of our design. Mind you, it was Thursday at 1:00 pm and we really needed it the next day. In less than 30 minutes I received a phone call from them. In less than an hour they had a mock up of my design and approval to move forward. At 4:43 PM, they texted me that our banner was done and ready for pick up. Are you kidding me? I am astonished and amazing and so pleased with the customer service and dedication to help get this done for us. We are forever grateful for SpreedPro Imaging making our nightmare become a reality. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! i hired these people to do a job, to wrap a trailer with graphics. they did the worse job ever. THEY BASICALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. i should report them to the better business bureau... our tire was flattened to our trailer by their graphic installer and they tried covering it up by gluing it?? we could have gotten in an accident. there are still some mistakes on the vehicle wrap they designed and they are totally unprofessional and do a very SLOPPY job. it was the worse experience i have ever had with a business. there is nothing speed or pro about these guys... the owner " Bruce" is a total rookie. this place sucks, don't use them.
