Their website has ssl security errors and dns not managed properly. Rwprints.com goes to a web server default page. Visiting in person I was told to just email them my business card order and it would be ready in a few days. Upon return to pick up the order I was told it was never received. So their email doesn't work either. Very poorly run local business. This is one reason why local is dying and online is surging. Reply to David: I just recall you saying to email the address on the card and I questioned because it sounded too easy. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else. read more

I want to give a shout out to RW Prints for printing my sewing patterns at a reasonable cost. Pattern designers frequently provide the option of printing at home on letter size and taping together the pages, sometimes 20+ pages (ugh!), or having them printed in large format by a printer. This company's service was pretty good I must say. We requested a small order of shirts that they didn't carry. The customer service rep that helped me was pretty knowledgeable about his inventory. There were a few good and bad things...one, they didn't have American Apparel that I was looking for. However, the guy went above and beyond the call of duty and told me that he'll take care of it. The guy called me back two weeks later just to tell me they've got American Apparel. Now, that's what you call service. He made a happy customer out of me. I was taking a recreational walk in Old Torrance when I saw a sign for 1000 business cards for $30. The owner was unlocking the door. I needed new business cards so I took this as a sign from the universe and entered rwprints. I am happy that I did. He removed the background from my picture for me at no extra cost. I called Speedy Printing this morning to get 202 pages of an opera score PDF printed double-sided and bound. Today is Thursday at 10:30AM and Speedy Printers said they wouldn't be able to get it to me until the beginning of next week because of a large job.... eek. Not very "speedy." I thankfully called RW Prints right after. The gentlemen who assisted me was beyond polite and told me that I could pick it up within a couple hours. The quote was a few dollars higher, but with a five day faster turn-around, who wouldn't pay a little more? The process was quick and painless, as it should be in 2014.
