I have been dealing with Watts for probably 15 years or more now. A couple of years ago I got their auto refill device installed and enjoy not having to call for a refill or risk running out. Their device notifies them automatically when I go below a comfortable threshold in my tank. As I have expanded my propane use over the years, fireplace insert, water heater, stove, dryer, and pool heater.....I really appreciate the good service they have given me. I was surprised at the time they were going to charge me $50 to tell me I needed a new power cord. I guess that was my fault for not understanding how the pricing worked. Anyway I paid and left and still had a laptop that wouldn't fully charge but at least I new what the problem was. I then purchased a new factory power supply which was around $80 from Dell. My laptop still doesn't charge fully so the power supply was not the problem and I am now out $130 because of incorrect information.
