I never carry my wallet so I had my phone for Apple Pay but little did I know after ringing up everything the tap doesn't work on the self pay machines. I had to go to the associate who was unaware the tap pay wasn't working but a regular customer said that they haven't worked in a while. I would suggest putting a sign up because most people use tap to pay nowadays. I get to the register and my cashier didn't ring everything in the bag up I could've gotten away with $17 worth of items. I'm an honest person so I told him there was more in the bag. I would visit this store again but please fix the tap to pay on the self service registers.

Got one of those bbq rib sandwiches for $1 and they have that milkshake machine too. Even got a free taste of some pizza they were promoting. Restrooms are very clean and well maintained. 24 hours is a GREAT plus for those traveling in the middle of the night...can't go wrong here.

But I'm a bit Metro, so it makes sense…read more I'm a big fan of Petro stores in general and they usually have a truck stop with an Iron Skillet Restaurant and a lot of other cool stuff in them. This is no exception. One of the greatest things about this one is the decor. It's all Scandinavian and Vikings and awesome. They just did a brilliant job with it. Gas is usually cheap as it is on the other side of the highway but I prefer this truck stop just because it has more of a local flavour and a viking flavour and I'm a big fan.

This station deceptively labels a gas pump as a diesel pump and puts a green handle (which…read moreuniversally means diesel) on the gas side of the pump. It is so common for people to be misled by the deceptive labeling that they have a relationship with a mechanic who routinely comes out to siphon gas out of diesel engines. They take no responsibility for their diesel labeling contributing to the problem. They could easily put a gas label on top of the pump next to the diesel label to alert people that the pump delivers both gas and diesel. They have zero concern for their customers and the potential for their mislabeling to ruin engines in very costly vehicles.

Without realizing it I dropped my wallet, and was only made aware of what happened 4 hours later when I got a call from my bank. They had a man on the line who had found my wallet, and could only get in touch with me by calling the number on my bank card. That man turned out to be Store Leader Jason Brown. He proceeded to let me know in the most courteous, most generous way possible that he would overnight ship my wallet back to me. Not a single thing was missing, and he repeatedly kindly refused my insistence that he take something for himself, or at the very least use some of my cash to cover postage. I got my wallet by the next morning. The entire experience was a profound blessing, beyond anything I could have hoped or imagined. A potentially devastating situation was completely flipped around through the service of Mr. Brown and the generosity of the Kwik Trip company. I cannot thank you enough Mr. Brown and Kwik Trip! I certainly plan to patronize whenever possible and encourage others to do the same.
