Keep an eye on All Crumbs Bakery's Facebook page and website. They take online orders up until midnight Thursday for Saturday pickup, and their bread is truly incredible. It's actually a bit puzzling how good it all is. Every single thing I've tried, from their chocolate filled croissants, to their burger buns... everything they produce is perfect. It's like some sort of culinary witchcraft. In some cases, it ends up being the highlight of whatever meal the bread is paired with. The textures and flavors they produce are outstanding and surprisingly memorable. Wonderfully outstanding bread is a THING in Toledo. Grab a loaf (or roll) as soon as you can! I ordered a couple of sandwiches, a half dozen bagels, and a tub of cream cheese, and while I waited I watched all the staff make intentional and efficient movements around their respective stations and the other areas as needed (toasters, microwaves, spread stations, etc). I was also able to stick with my clerk (instead of placing an order and walking away to the end to wait) so I was able to make sure everything in my large order was accurate. It was! For my sandwich I got the Farmer's Eggel for the first time (scrambled eggs with diced peppers and onions along with a sausage patty and American cheese on a plain bagel) which was good and filling for just under $7. Check out at the register is easy and I highly recommend signing up for rewards on their website if you're a frequent flyer. Today I got a $5 reward towards to my order!

I'm glad I got two sandwiches because there is no way I could have picked a favorite. Robin also shared that she sources eggs, honey, maple syrup, and whatever else she can locally. It definitely makes a difference. The hummus and veggies were the perfect appetizer to munch on while Robin made our sandwiches. I gotta say, the dill pickle hummus will probably reappear one night in my dreams. So good and so memorable. A couple of other quick hits: the peanut butter cookie (with PB frosting!) and a cup of Dandy Blend to wash it down.
