This is the worst excuse of a truck stop that I've ever seen. A total lack of work ethic and moral character. I've been trucking locally in Memphis fir some time and every time that absolutely must come by to use the restroom it always looks like you will see below. So today is their day I'm going to put them in the spotlight for all their hard work. They never have paper towels in the restroom, they never have soap in the dispenser and finally decided to put a gallon jug of industrial cleaner on the floor. Parking spots are never there. They allow people to live in an rv onsite and they allow cars to park in truck parking spots. Could be owner ops but who know could be employees. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was such a terrible experience I took the time to add this store on Yelp as it was not created yet. First off I am a truck driver so I have seen my share of nasty bathrooms. This bathroom was not horrible on first appearance but not clean either, there were trash on the floor, trash can overflowing and floors dirty. The major problem was the fact that there was no toilet paper discovered AFTER I took care of business. Waddle to other stall hoping nobody comes in, none here either on a double dispenser. In other words 4 rolls have to be empty with no one taking the time to check. How many shifts have neglected this? Ok no big deal I'll grab a couple paper towels, uncomfortable yes, but it will get me out of here. Here is where it gets fun, I tell one employee who walks over to closet where there are several rolls (no they are not out like most stores during Covid19 pandemic) and she proceeds to offer it to me to install myself! I said no thank you I dont work here. She said "oh I thought you needed to use the restroom" "I already did, I had to use paper towels" Another clerk pipes in, "You flushed them?!!!?" With a HUGE ATTITUDE. " Yes what did you want me to do put crap in the trash can to smell up your bathroom?" "Yeah NOW I GOTTA UNCLOG THE TOILET" rolling her eyes. I told her " it flushed fine but there would be no need for your attitude had someone done their job, it takes quite a few days for 4 large rolls to run out without ANYONE checking it" Her reply was "I just got here" again with an attitude and continued talking crap (no pun intended ) as I walked out. Sorry I spent $200+ dollars on fuel to be treated like garbage because you can't do your job.... someone needs to learn customer service skills, especially with half the nation unemployed because of Coronavirus.... read more
