Probably not the best timing calendar wise since I arrived around noon on Friday and was greeted by 107 degrees heat. Oh the fun...! When the Kommunist state of Kalifornia passed a $2.00 per pack tax on cigarettes back in late 2016, the better half and I were forced to start searching for alternative ways to support her nicotine habit. Last year while attending my father's funeral in Nevada was the first time we visited Avi Smoke Shop ( https://bit.ly/2Xvq5ZJ ) and a woman started conversing with Laina about what kind of cigarettes my wife smoked. The woman offered my lovely wife a cigarette from the 24/7 brand she promotes and Laina found it more than palatable and I found the price very wallet friendly at $36.79 per carton with an $8.00 discount per carton. The price was so friendly we ended up buying 20 cartons and the staff informed me for large orders in the future, they receive shipments on Friday and if you call a few days ahead the store will hold an order for you. For those of you that think this is an extreme measure, here is some simple math: 60 cartons a year times $82.00 per carton equals $4,920 per year. 60 cartons a year times $28.79 per carton equals $1,727 per year. On the my visits to this location I have spoke to a few Californians getting their nicotine here and have seen California license plates in the parking lot. Revenues are already down 64 percent from last year and purchases are down 50 percent, but what that doesn't translate into less smokers, all it means is they are getting their cigarettes elsewhere... like Nevada. It also has greatly increased black market sales which doesn't show up in the sales charts. And don't say she should just quit, unless you are willing to quit your vice. There are many Californians that think that taxing cigarettes is a great idea, but it only works if people are still buying the cigarettes in the state otherwise it is lost income. And when the ninnies and nannies in Sack-armento lose money on one tax their solution is to add a different tax. Rohlinism: We all have vices and they are all taxable! Next time it could be soda, fast food, alcohol or Yelpers in California will love this one... caffeine! Worse yet, if are a Californian and believe the state government spends your money efficiently or wisely, you are a bigger moron than the idiots that run this state. So the next time you see a tax on a ballot, vote NO! I was impressed with the business hours ( https://bit.ly/2NDIOm8 ) from my first visit even though I always arrive before noon, but it is nice to know the hours are quite lengthy. The shop is always busy and you are almost always guaranteed a wait ( https://bit.ly/2JxAzCz ) before getting to the counter even though there have been at least three registers being utilized on each of my visits. The staff isn't friendly nor rude, but they are efficient and my orders have always been ready for pickup when I have arrived at Avi. The cold beverage selection ( https://bit.ly/2XToiBL ) is quite extensive and during those hot Nevada summers this place probably looks like an oasis. If you prefer to prepare your own beverage, there is a self-serve station ( https://bit.ly/2L858Cj ) with hot and cold beverage options. If you are looking for a snack for your long drive home, Avi has a few rows dedicated to sweet and savory treats. I just hope when California comes after your vice, you are able to find a place like Avi Smoke Shop... just don't count on it! She had told me that every Tuesday the app has a free item you can claim. She told me it was a Link Beef steak teriyaki stick & brought me right over to where they were. She told me she likes the teriyaki one vs the plain one so that's the one I went with. I gave it to my friend but had a bite & we both thought it was tasty & liked it. Thanks Jeanine for letting me know about the Tuesday deal cause no other Terrible's has told me about this. I could tell that they redid their bathroom because I've used it before in the past. It was pretty much clean besides some toilet paper on the floor. Jeanine had to unlock the door for me, it was a key pad lock. I arrived early for the APPT so the tech had plenty of time to perform service. Service writer was friendly and helpful. I informed him my vehicle has a factory installed rear suspension watts bar and the tires PSI should be set to factory label on the door. front 35psi, rear 32psi and he recorded my request on the work order for the tech. I also added a tire rotation if needed! My service results were disappointing as I went through service that was performed. Tires were all set to 35psi as the tech disregarded my request!! Oil life Monitor was Not reset so I reset it myself which is very easy to do on newer cars. Next day I discovered rt rear valve stem cap laying on the ground in my garage so I checked all VS caps and found all were loose so I installed and tightened all caps. The Engine oil level was correct I did not measure the tire tread depths, but concerned they may not have rotated them due to the total service only took about 20 mins. Now here is the recap: I worked in automotive service for 40 years and I get it if a customer were to arrive for their APPT late, that some servicing will be rushed or over looked (not a good thing when it comes to safety of your vehicle) or the tech is having a attitude issue, Another service writer finished my paperwork and saw the tech set the psi all to 35 and saw the comment of set tires to front 35 and rear 32 per factory specs. They did not offer to have the rear tires reset to 32 so I did it myself. These are some minor issues and unfortunately I will not be returning there for service, I also have relatives that have their cars serviced there and I do not want them to have service done improperly either. Hoping the service manager will address the inportance of customer satisfaction and vehicle safety with the staff.

I told her I had it on my phone and waited for the Walmart app to load. She rushed me, ignored other customers, and refused to check someone else's receipt while I was still waiting. When my receipt finally loaded, she sighed heavily like I was stealing. Her behavior made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected -- especially as a mom trying to manage a fussy baby. I've never felt so singled out for no reason. Walmart needs to train staff to treat all customers with respect, because this was unacceptable. I want to speak to management about how I was treated, because Walmart needs to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.
