Then we noted that the restaurant was within 30 minutes of closing. So, we quickly diverted to El Charro in Bullhead City, only to learn that it, too, was about to close. So, I turned around and headed here, even though OpenTable reported that no time slots were available. I dropped Diane off before parking, and she easily scored a table here. In fact, hardly anyone was seated inside the restaurant, and it did not seem like a festive Mexican holiday at all. The Tuesday Night Menu was very limited, but I selected very tasty and smooth Stone Guacamole not prepared tableside but including tomatoes, White Onion, and jalapenos, to go with house-prepared salsa and spiced up Tortilla Chips. By request Diane received a complimentary basket of non-spicy Tortilla Chips, as well as a Kids Cheese Quesadilla. Somehow this filled her up. I, on the other hand, ordered a Southwest Beef Burrito with added beans inside, and Roja Sauce and Queso on top. The burro was large, but I finished it, along with more beans, and included rice. Everything tasted good and washed down well with Diet Pepsi. Service by Brett was very good, and at least the decor of the restaurant had the festive feel of Old Mexico, in this instance without the camaraderie of fellow celebrants.

We ordered an Arizona burrito and 2 hard shell shredded beef tacos. The Arizona burrito was huge and taste was good. The shredded beef tacos were very small and meh, not worth what we paid. The variety of salsas was good and they were very spicy!! Loved it!! The red salsa had very good flavor w a hint of chipotle. The escabeche was fire as in very spicy and my taste buds were extremely happy!! So if you're not into spicy salsa, I'd suggest getting the salsa verde which was fairly mild. Overall great taco shop and I'd definitely come back here next time I'm in the area!!

The chili relleno burrito is amazing, but next time I'd get it without the lettuce and pico, as that added nothing to the deliciousness. The Carne Asada burrito was also on point! They have an amazing chipotle hot sauce on the condiment bar as well. I would also highly recommend getting a side of their beans...delicious! I am however knocking things down a star because of the bathroom. It's in disrepair and looks like something I'd find in a back garage somewhere. The door doesn't lock and it's seen far better days, clean or not. I only washed my hands, but I wouldn't have used it otherwise.

I'm not even going to get into the food. McDonald's is…read moreMcDonald's. You know how it tastes. My gripe is about the treatment I received at the hands of an employee. I bypassed the electronic ordering boards, I don't know what they're called. Whatever they are, I went to the counter. A bunch of young folks were lining up to punch away on those things. There was no one at the counter so I did what any other thinking person above the age of 35 would do, I went old school. Of course I got my order in before the young ones were able to peck. SMH...yes, I know how they communicate. The young disheveled employee met me at the counter with a look on his face like, why are you bothering me. Despite his unprofessional attitude, my order was correctly taken. "That'll be $13.11". Wow I thought. What's going on here? When did a Big Mac and small fries skyrocket to break the $10 mark? For that matter, when did it break the $5 mark?! I admit, I haven't had a Big Mac and fries in a few years. But $13?? Now mind you, this observation is my coming off an earlier vist to In-N-Out. Smiles, great food, and a Double Double, fries, and small drink set me back a mere $11. So why did I take my chances at this McDonald's? Well, I just had a couple of beers and a cigar, and my designated driver was in California. She'll be happy that I made the right decision not to drive, but shocked that I breached my vow to never eat at McDonald's again. I will admit, the burger and fries brought a memory of nostalgia. The taste, not the price. The price, and the unkempt disinterested employee managed to turn me south on venturing into the realm of the golden arches again anytime soon. Quick Tip: Don't drink to the point where you find yourself being held hostage at the ordering board thing. I guess that you could always Uber.... Another added cost that the young ones take in stride. Yep, you're right. Alex J isn't one of those.

This was the case with our order and my Dad was visibly upset over this. It's a shame they don't have a better system at this McDonald's found inside the Aquarius Casino as it's certainly convenient. It's a clean, modern location too! I'm willing to give them a chance again if they get it together. Lots of families visit this spot in the morning so be prepared to wait regardless of what day it is. What did I eat? I had an oatmeal and orange juice, they both hit the spot!

The sodas there is simple something wrong with thier system.. i recall that I e complained every time I've been there. Always the same excuse. Its bullhead water.. BULL pucky. i drink coke and i know the taste differences between Fast Food companies. This Jack in the Box is so far off from company requirements for taste, they seriously need to address it. I WILL CALL corporate Friday morning and address it. All the other stuff is standard JACK FARE, BUT NOT THE SODAS.. today's i was told that the service company came and flushed the lines out due to a mix up in syrup between makers... thatwont affect all... so again im not the only one who is talking about this, customers and staff all say something... so corporate needs to address it because this was the same crappy taste last yr when I stopped going.. we will see next year maybe when we stop back this way.. An American Cheesesteak/Burger place called Kapastrami's and a Chinese fast food place comparable to Panda Express called Rice Garden. The overall area of this place is very spacious with plenty of tables and chairs spread all throughout. The employees keep everything pretty clean and organized. The bathrooms could use a bit more TLC in my opinion. You can smell the stink just right before you go in there and the floors looked like it hasn't been mopped in a while not to mention various paper towel debris all over the place. The one bright spot about this place is that there is free wifi and the connection is pretty fast. So, if anything, you could kill some time surfing the web, watching youtube, or take endless selfies to post it on Facebook, Instagram, or what ever social media app of your choice. So in actuality, this place is really not that bad, especially when you factor in the free fast wifi, which everybody can relate to. Yelp 2014 365 Review Challenge #16
