Facility is well maintained and they have nice snack options. Restrooms were clean and in good shape. We did not gas up on this trip but prices seemed on par for the nearby areas we were traveling at the time. Overall solid and nice gas station. Good place to stop for a breather and refuel when on road trips. Also is down the street from a cool hidden Kentucky gem called Kentucky Stonehenge.

The cashier was counting cigarette packs and I stood there about 3 minutes waiting on him to finish. It was $7.99 for the tiny bottle of Nyquil, but I needed it so I got it anyway. The cashier rang it up at almost $11. I said that was wrong, the price said $7.99. He mumbled something I couldn't understand and just looked at me. I motioned to walk back to the aisle with me, and he did, and I showed him the price. He mumbled some more. I told him to just give me the right price and I'd be good. We went back to the register--I expected him to credit me a couple of bucks. He reached me back my $10 and took the Nyquil and walked away. I stood there a minute, then motioned to the Nyquil. He mumbled something else that was obviously negative, something about "you wanted a refund." I said no, I just wanted a credit of a couple of bucks to get the advertised price. He said whatever it rings up to IS the price. I left and bought a bigger bottle of Nyquil at the Thorton's for less money, and had a much nicer cashier. It's not the buck or two... it's the attitude that drove me away. If your employees aren't empowered to make purchases right, you must not trust them very much, and if you don't trust them, you shouldn't have them working for you.

Either they have a maintenance problem, management issue, or the workers are lying. Either way I won't get fuel from a place that doesn't have a restroom available for customers. She asked him to assist her in picking out a nasal spray. He shrugged his shoulders and said I"I don't know". Finally, after having her wait, he did pick something. Although he acted as if it was an inconvenience to him. He told her he would have her medication ready on Monday. We checked almost a week after Monday and it was not filled. When I called the store to complain, the store manager insisted he would take care of it. I want to check later, and nothing had been done. I would not deal with these people again as the managers were found to be unreliable to the point of being untruthful in their dealings. I have moved my family's medications to a more patient friendly and competent manager. Unlike Walgreens' management, they care about their patients.
