Charges came to $225 when I when I declined quote for other work I inquired about. Tried to sell me a new battery when I didn't need it. Price quote for parts and labor for work I declined was substantially higher than from the dealership itself. Their lifts used to be always be full, you'd see several cars waiting for service and customers in the waiting room. I was the only person there. I guess I know why now. Overall just very shady.

Being from another country and afraid of being taken advantage of we went to the museum and left our vehicle with Black's for the day. We went back to the garage just before close and they had finished our vehicle and gave us a very reasonable bill making our day seamless and stress free.
