There was one lady working in the sub shop, making a sub, and another employee (manager, I assumed by the shirt color?) chatting by the register with a friend. The woman making a sub didn't even look up to acknowledge me standing there... For. Five. Entire. Minutes. After sub # 1 was complete, the customer before me had another sub to order. This would have been a fine time to at least say "Hello, I'll be right with you..." Nope. So I waited another 5 minutes. At this point, you'd think the other employee by the register might at least ask if I needed help... Nope. After concluding her conversation with a friend, that employee picked up the phone and chatted away with somebody else without so much as a glance in my direction. Finally, the subs were complete and sub worker simply asks "What can I get you?" in the most inhospitable tone imaginable. My response: "Not a damn thing. You can get yourself some customer service skills though." (Honestly, that's a lie. One of those "wish I'd said that" deals.) I just walked away and went to Fat Boys, and will never go back to Express Mart or Sandwich Worx again.

This location, I had my items, standing at the register, and these two employees stood talking and I cleared my throat they continued talking so I said "hi excuse me I came in to pay for my gas?"
