The staff I interacted with were friendly and the inside of the shop appeared to be very clean and already decorated for the upcoming holiday season. Shipping is so so fast, I ordered Wednesday night at 10 pm and it was at my door Saturday at 2 pm. While it doesn't have the strongest taste of banana, it is creamy and the dough is just perfect.
