I went ahead and gave a 5 star rating whilst I do have a major complaint I feel is good to mention in this column. This is a more general concern with Thorntons and all of their regional competitors. You MUST keep your restrooms open 24hrs a day if your store is indeed 24. Uber, Lyft, and other workers that often travel overnight have got to have places to relieve ourself. It's very discouraging to have to waste so much time and gas trying to find somewhere to do our personal business that we all have to do. I do understand concerns over corona, but we as human beings must keep basic services open for the public. Just for the record every time I use a business's facilities I buy a product. That's the respectable thing for me to do for that service. Overall though Thorntons you've got it going on!!

It can be frustrating when you are going in on a work break and see 1 person working the checkout and others in the back or the parking lot. It would seem to me that when the store busy, all hands should be on deck and save the parking lot work for later. I spend the majority of my break just waiting in line. I tried to tell the store this time, they referred me to corporate for some reason - even though it's a physical equipment issue at the actual store site. Corporate customer service asked me if I wanted to start a case. I said no bc the bank had luckily caught the fraud, I just wanted to alert them to the problem. Apparently they don't have an internal mechanism (or concern) about dealing with card skimmers unless you've had money stolen. They never even asked me what store or what pump, date it happened on. I also guess I will have to always pay inside if I ever get brave enough to stop there again.

It was the first freezing day after a day of heavy rain and my gas door was frozen shut. What's cooler than being cool? ICE COLD. I know everything west of the airport in Louisville is viewed as sketchy by a lot of people. This gas station disproves your preconceived notions of the "south end." The people are friendly, the facility is clean, the prices are reasonable - or in line with what you'd expect. TIP: It is a confusing maneuver to get back on the interstate from this gas station. I don't hold it against the gas station but it's something to be aware of when you're leaving.

I may be able to get an extra few cents off per gallon at Speedway too, I just have to find my Speedway card or get another one and compare the savings. I paid at the pump, and nothing out of the ordinary occurred.

It's in a horrible location it's combined with a liquor store and the clientele and the people that work there just not the greatest I don't recommend anybody ever going here to be honest the only reason why I have to go there because it's pretty close to where I work and I'm in the area but it's just really run-down gas pumps are terrible and it's just not a very good place I don't recommend anybody go in there

I work in the area so I'm constantly having to fill up the different locations of Dixie highway…read morehave to provide because there's only about 4368 gas stations on Dixie I think the last time I checked so this one's relatively close to my work so I will stop here pretty regularly get some gas it is in a tough tough location though to be honest to get in and out of especially if you're going left so pretty much everything on Dixie you got to go right on everything because there is no grow and left on Dixie during daylight hours for the most part. But this is just an OK location kind of small and it does get the job done though they have gas snacks beer whatever you want so you know three out of five seems about right
