There was nothing stopping them from accessing my porch. Two days later they attempted the delivery this time they couldn't deliver because there was a delay of what I do not know. Third attempt was Two days later and they delivered successfully. It was horrible trying to get this cleared up so my package could be delivered, there is no way to speak with a human as the chat bot informed me they do not have a phone #. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This has been the worst shipping carrier I have ever used. Please do your due diligence before trusting them with any package. My mistake was allowing them as an option on Vinted -- I removed them immediately and will never use them again. I dropped off a package at a designated drop‑off point on May 29. The tracking shows it was picked up the same day. It is now June 16, and the package has still not been delivered. This shipment was supposed to go from one location in New Jersey to another, yet it has been stuck with no updates for weeks. Crooks. I got a text notification that my package arrived at 9:21PM. I went to look on my porch and there was nothing there. I also checked my front door camera and there was no activity for that evening. I looked at the two photos they provided in the link. One was an unlabeled package on concrete ground, and the other one was a view of the front of my house. Looking closer, I don't have any concrete around my house at all... and the photo of my house was in plain daylight, which weird since it showed delivered at 9:21PM. Turns out, the photo of the house they sent was the street view from Google Maps. They never delivered it. After reading BBB reviews, I'm not going to bother trying to call them and will take it up with the vendor. Don't ever... EVER use this company I had an international item I bought that ended up in their service which basically ended with them getting an early Christmas. They tried 3 times to deliver my package. 1st time they asked the postal worker if he was at the right location. The worker confirmed he was at the right place, but then the courier just turned around and drive away. The next 2 attempts in guessing they never even tried. You can try contacting them but they have an elaborate system to piss you off and leave you helpless. They recommend their Chatbox... It seems like a decent AI art first but once you get to the point of being transferred to an agent or file a complaint, the bot says it's having problems and can't complete the request. Tried email twice... After a couple days I got 2 separate emails with the same generic message that said they are really busy and to be patient. Tried calling China and nobody answers. Google's a few other numbers in the US which all day their mailbox is full and hangs up. Hell,I even looked up their "pickup" facility and it says that they don't let anybody inside to talk to anybody. Now they are making the package as undeliverable and scheduled for disposal. No attempts to contact me, not even a week off attempts that even if they did, it would be insanity because they didn't change anything... Just marked it as undeliverable. And I can bet money they didn't dispose of it they opened it and decided to keep it and there's nothing the consumer can do about it. read more

They delivered our package to the wrong home not once but twice even after confirming the home in a text message. And now I cannot obtain the package from folks who live down the street. I fell on my way going over to their home this morning and still don't have my package. Do NOT USE Speed X as they are a profoundly unreliable company with very limited customer support and they take zero accountability for their mistakes. Clearly they don't have any experience in the last mile of delivery as they can't even get the final quarter mile correct. They are not excellent-they are a company that should no longer be in business. Furthermore they also don't hold their drivers accountable for far below average service.
