Package was delivered to our office condominium building in entryway. Called customer service number to try to find out the suite number to bring it to. Was on hold for 30 minutes only to be told they couldn't tell me and for me to contact the seller. I explained I have no way of doing so as all I had was return address. Absolutely terrible shipping service. On September 11, I was informed that there was supposedly an issue with my address. I corrected the address that same day as requested, but I never received any confirmation or update regarding my package. I had to send an email asking for an update, and I never received a response. Today, I finally had to call them directly and wait approximately 15 minutes just to speak with someone, only to find out that they had decided to return my package without notifying me and without giving me an opportunity to resolve the issue or decide what should happen with the shipment. If there was a problem with my address, the least they could have done was contact me before making the decision to return my package. This was extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of communication and customer service. I would not recommend this shipping company. This company has someone delivering my package at 10:45 at night that arrives and sees an access code is needed for the building so they just leave. No call, no text, just abandoned delivery with a notice to retry in 4 days. MY DOOR WILL STILL NEED AN ACCESS CODE IN FOUR DAYS!! And why does it take 4 days for a redelivery attempt?? Despite leasing a unit with only four parking spots, their drivers monopolize the shared lot every morning--blocking overhead delivery doors and taking up spaces reserved for other companies. It is not our fault that SpeedX leased a facility that cannot accommodate its operational volume. Every day, drivers treat the complex like a personal sorting yard: dumping piles of packages directly on the pavement, blasting music, honking constantly, and sprawling across dozens of spaces. On top of that, drivers speed negligently through the lot (cars have already been hit), leave garbage everywhere, and let their dogs leave uncleaned waste in the middle of the pavement. No Information was there I had to start a chat and exchanged information with a customer service representative. Crooks. I got a text notification that my package arrived at 9:21PM. I went to look on my porch and there was nothing there. I also checked my front door camera and there was no activity for that evening. I looked at the two photos they provided in the link. One was an unlabeled package on concrete ground, and the other one was a view of the front of my house. Looking closer, I don't have any concrete around my house at all... and the photo of my house was in plain daylight, which weird since it showed delivered at 9:21PM. Turns out, the photo of the house they sent was the street view from Google Maps. They never delivered it. After reading BBB reviews, I'm not going to bother trying to call them and will take it up with the vendor. Don't ever... EVER use this company I had an international item I bought that ended up in their service which basically ended with them getting an early Christmas. They tried 3 times to deliver my package. 1st time they asked the postal worker if he was at the right location. The worker confirmed he was at the right place, but then the courier just turned around and drive away. The next 2 attempts in guessing they never even tried. You can try contacting them but they have an elaborate system to piss you off and leave you helpless. They recommend their Chatbox... It seems like a decent AI art first but once you get to the point of being transferred to an agent or file a complaint, the bot says it's having problems and can't complete the request. Tried email twice... After a couple days I got 2 separate emails with the same generic message that said they are really busy and to be patient. Tried calling China and nobody answers. Google's a few other numbers in the US which all day their mailbox is full and hangs up. Hell,I even looked up their "pickup" facility and it says that they don't let anybody inside to talk to anybody. Now they are making the package as undeliverable and scheduled for disposal.
