As of today, June 11, 2026, my package has been sitting at the Springfield Gardens, NY facility, marked as "Processing at Designated Facility" since May 29, 2026. If I could give zero stars I would. I put specific delivery instructions in my order which they never followed. You cannot speak to anyone or reach anyone and when you send an email there is no response. The last "delivery attempt" they tried to make wasn't able to be completed because their vehicle broke down so they have sent my package back to the merchant. My mailbox is on a county road 100 yards from my front door. It was almost dark when I noticed a truck out by my mailbox with their lights and 4 way flasher operational. As it pulled away I walked out to see what was going on and found my package left on the county road under my mailbox. It is our monson season and posible that it would have gotten wet tonight. They showed up at my house after 5pm yesterday, after I waited all day for delivery and would not leave my package because it needs a signature. Today, I see it is out for delivery. My son (22 years old) was home and was downstairs waiting for the package to arrive. He also had a package to be delivered through SpeedX. He heard a car door and looked outside to see the driver get in his car and drive away - THERE WAS NEVER A KNOCK ON THE DOOR. My son had to chase him down the street and stop him to get the packages! The driver, who spoke not a word of English, had to use Google translator to complete the delivery. This is ridiculous! read more

Horrible service. I dropped off 3 packages almost 2 weeks ago. I was alerted today that tracking hasn't updated and the 3 customers were going to receive a refund. I ran to the drop center and my packages were still there. I was told the delivery driver stated he can only 2 at a time, their was a pile of packages there. I took back the packages to drop them at another drop off location, can't find one. Mind you i live in Manhattan. Come to find out the site has no customer support live person, or phone number. The site also cannot provide any drop off locations. Delivery person rang my bell several times, when he gained entry he proceeded to curse me out when I questioned why he was ringing my bell. SpeedX is engaged along with Amazon in delivering fraudulent shipments. In this case I ordered a portable air conditioner and received a humidifier instead. Amazon refused to give me the name of the seller of the humidifier because they stated they had to protect the privacy of the seller which appears to be SpeedX as in indicated on the box but I ordered it from Amazon and paid them accordingly. I have been waiting for my package since February 20th. It was en route on February 20th, and because I didn't want to miss the delivery window, I stayed home ALL DAY waiting for its arrival, only for it randomly to say "intercepted". It is now March 3rd and I still do not have my package. Here's what SpeedX has done so far: * Attempted delivery at 6:26AM -- their own FAQ states deliveries occur between 8AM-8PM * Promised redelivery on March 1st. I woke up at 5AM and waited the entire day. They never came and silently removed it from my tracking with no explanation * Made it nearly impossible to reach a live agent despite advertising 24/7 support * Sent a generic escalation email on March 2nd promising "immediate" review from their Operations Team -- it is now March 3rd at 10:52AM and I have heard nothing I contacted SHEIN directly to escalate on my behalf and even that has produced zero results. My tracking hasn't moved. No one has called. No one has followed up. This company markets itself as "customer obsessed" -- but they have done everything in their power to avoid their customers. I have 5 large signs telling my delivery drivers where to place my packages which is inside a back porch to keep them out of the weather. I had a terrible experience with SpeedX. My package was marked as delivered to my apartment locker, but it was never there. The proof of delivery photos showed my building, but the package itself was nowhere to be found. I checked everywhere, and even my apartment management confirmed that items left outside the locker are at risk and not their responsibility. SpeedX delivered my package in the wrong house. It doesn't help either when you have an untrustworthy neighbors! The 1-800 number that was listed in their system does not even work, so good luck trying to reach out to a real person. Their emailing and virtual system are nothing but bots responding! They'll claim that the package was correctly delivered even if you already sent out proofs of the actual images of your house vs. the house in their driver's photo proof! It also takes 3-4 hours for them to give updated notifications once the package was marked delivered. Horrible shipping company all in all. Instead of being found on our front porch where all other couriers safely leave packages, this package was thrown behind our backyard picket fence where our large dog often "squats". This is a disgusting, horrible delivery carrier service. They do not deliver your packages correctly, a lot of the couriers steal your packages. I had a few experiences where it was said that my package was delivered, and of course it was not. For Proof of delivery, the courier took pictures of my building WITH the package still in their hand saying it was delivered. You can still see the delivery van in the picture. Of course, I never got my package BEING that it cant be delivered and it's still in your hand. They blame other people, but it's their own doing the stealing. trying to get in contact with someone is horrible too, and they take forever to email you back.
