It is a scam. They lost my package and there is northing I can do. There is no customer support. They replaced support personnel with a useless bot that keeps apologizing for inconvenience and promises that an agent will contact me. But nobody ever contacted after several "conversations" with the bot. They have F rating by the Better Business Bureau. There are a lot of people missing their packages. I give 0 stars for Speed X! I got a message yesterday morning a little after 8 saying my package was out for delivery. I got another message about 10 pm saying my package could not be delivered due to no one being home and not being able to get a hold of me, complete and total BS! I was home ALL day yesterday, I have a doorbell and my phone was with me ALL day! I contacted Shein and reported this! Today 8/17, I get a message again this morning saying my package was undeliverable, again total BS and LIES! I've contacted Shein AGAIN!! My roommate ordered a package and it was just delivered. The driver stopped by my bedroom window (still on the road kind of on a turn but right off a busy highway, on the side of my house not where anyone would deliver a package) and there was a flash of light like someone took a picture again from the road directly at my bedroom window. Then I saw another flash of light at the front door, went to figure out what was going on, and saw where they had delivered a package and the same car drive off. My issue is that it's 10 o clock on a Monday night and someone is taking pictures of my bedroom window- regardless of if that was their intent which does sound far fetched. That is what had happened. It's creepy and unnecessary and scary even though I'm sure it wasn't nefarious- it's really weird. I've only had two experiences with this company and both weren't good. read more

Speedx is the worst delivery logistics company I know. The say my package couldn't be delivered due to wrong address but I checked my tracking and the address is right. Then they say they couldn't get in contact with me via phone but they texted me and I texted back but got no response. I tried getting Aliexpress involved but all they kept saying was contact logistics company when I did. I even showed Aliexpress my proof I contacted Speedx and they contacted me but Aliexpress still says to contact Speedx. My package was supposed to be delivered on the 7th of this month and redelivered 3 days later but still no word from them and no package delivery update. They have my phone number so they can call me and ask if that is my right address but they don't instead text me and not response back to my answer. I have not received my package still. It is considered delivered even if they don't bring it to your apartment door I have modified and ask them because of my disability if they can, please bring it up to my apartment after they gave me 100% guarantee that they would do that the drivers didn't care and didn't do it so now I am requesting a refund which I'm going through hell so stay away from speed. They do not have a customer service phone number dedicated to helping customers communicate with drivers about specific delivery instructions or to answer questions about redelivery attempts. I provided their automated bot with specific delivery instructions, and they continue to reattempt delivery outside of the post office's designated business hours.
