The staff is nice but that's the only thing thats good about this place. They will have 4 people behind the counter with 25 people in line and give priority to people on the phone. There is nothing "speedy" about this place! They are minimally staffed at all times. The employees who are behind the counter love taking their sweet time chit-chatting, and laughing. At one point while the line was wrapped AROUND the entire lobby there was one employee walking around cleaning windows and sweeping.... are you kidding me? I understand you all are doing what your told on your job but when you run a persons credit you should say just that. Saying you are checking to see how much the customer qualifies for is misleading. You should be straight forward and say that you are checking credit. Most ppl already know what they're credit looks like and when you run it, It puts a hard inquiry on your report. Wasting my time at this place to be told something I could have told you myself had you just been forward on the phone when I called ahead of my visit. read more

I go here to get a loan Everytime I need it and the process is fast and easy.i prefer to go here when they first open or hour or 2 before they close because they are busy constantly throughout the day.The employees are very nice and respectable and they help you as quick as possible.i would definitely recommend this place to other people who need cash and know they can pay it back. read more

If i could give no stars i would...If it wasnt for Jasmine working there, i would recommend to everyone. At another speedy cash location it was fast efficient and easy. Smooth process. I go there to get a 2nd loan which i was already preapproved for and tell jasmine that i dont want all 2600. She tells me i have to take it all. I am already preapproved on my speedy cash app and ask her if i should process the loan on my phone and get the cash through her she says yes. I do this just to find out i CANT GET THE CASH THROUGH HER. i am sitting in front of her and she answers her phone and starts talking ignoring me when i was right in front her. Another girl helps me. Then has a guy help me. The guy is helping me and JASMINE then tells him to help the customer behind me???? Wtf!! Ya that was not only rude but horrible customer service. She not only gave me inaccurate information, she also told the others to help other guest when CLEARLY i was being helped by him. The guy even told her he was helping me. She then gave inaccurate information about a money order to the guest behind me and answered the phone while helping another lady...do not go to this location...do it all online it is a much easier safer process . read more
