I had to get a loan a 06/2023 due to losing my second job. I do appreciate being able to get $1000.00 loan, but I am still paying on it almost a year in a half later. The interest rate is so high it is impossible to pay it back. Then this year was worst so I would have to pay and if I could not pay it I had to take a little more out to skip a payment which makes it higher. I pay $343 every 2 weeks. The loan say I will be done 05/2027. This is crazy. I reach out last week because I haven't been able to get my kids Christmas presents, due to this loan and just living paycheck to paycheck. I called and asked if possible to just skip one payment and was told no I would have to take more money out to skip a payment which is not worth it. Even if I just took 50.00 my loan will go up another 2000.00. i would not recommend to get a loan here. I'm so mad I got more credit and for some reason when I called in to delete the old debit card the girl yahaira or yesenia deleted the correct credit card on file & I haven't got my money!! There is a big delay because of it! I'm furious !! what if I needed to pay rent I would get evicted!!! Dumb bitch . I'm still waiting for my money a week later! read more

What the heck happened to this place? I haven't been here in awhile. I used to get my money orders here. Everyone seemed to be having a party in the back. I was not greeted right away. Exactly stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before someone came up. This is so sad. I guess like most good things, it most come to an end. Very slow - the two ladies were talking about the night they had at the club infront of us at the window - the transaction was stopped several times to do other stuff, when the cashier returned to window she never apologised for the disruption.
