I came into this location about a year ago- I needed the money in order to purchase a home. I made all payments honestly late within a few days. I made a payment and the same day the payment was late I was at dinner and my vehicle was picked up. Contacted police and short story my car was returned. They will lie to you about what is required to get a supposed personal loan, they still try to use your vehicle as a means of repayment even if you don't own it and are making payments to a lien holder. Absolutely worst experience.... I don't even know where to begin. This company pulled out an automatic payment for the loan on Friday, this morning we noticed another transaction for the same amount (over $100), called and asked for a manager, was told we were speaking to the manager then we explained their error and was told we need to speak to another manager, that manager transferred us to the district manager all awhile no one seemed to know how our account was charged twice... We've been here over an hour and told we would be bumped to the front of the line, then told they need to take care of those with appointments. This place is hot, crowded and we are having to stand with other angry customers. No one is considerate except for Jorge in collections, but unfortunately, he is not trained to handle our overpayment issue..... I don't know if this is Cash Time "Normal" procedures for this kind of issue or it's the employees that seem not to give a shit. Other than Jorge apologizing, no one else seems to care and walk right right on by while they prepare to close. I plan on filing a complaint with the uppers and anyone else to ensure this doesn't happen again. We were told to come in and they'll refund us today to avoid overdrafts with our bank. This place wasted my TIME and best believe I will be sending a former complaint. I was told I was approved and then four hours later after they called me twice to verify m fraud verification set on my credit, which btw i was curious why it wasn't asked when they ran the credit. Anywhooo, I was told the amount I was approved and I was qualified with no worries. I did a title loan and sent over all the information needed. I took all the pics of my car and everything. And then when they called me they had the nerve to dismiss me. I said noway, so I spoke to the manager for answers. WHY WAS I ALL OF A SUDDEN NOT APPROVED? I still never got a straight answer, just that things weren't enline with eachother. WTF. So when I asked to go above her because it didn't make any since, someone should at least let me redo my application and do it the right way because they admitted they didn't do the process correctly, they gave me some random name and told me that they would call me. NO CALL. So not only did I waste four hours, now I have to try and find a nother loan who will approve me and it is in the evening. Cash time you will not get away with this. read more
