So no rust there. The quality of the windshield washer fluid is horrible. I would have told them to not fill it. I just love the smell of burning oil on my engine. OH then they put on the receipt that my engine has oil leaks. Well when you dump oil all over the engine, what do you expect. Then dude cleans it up by dumping washer fluid (from their spigot) all over the top of the engineer. (glad it didn't crack my engine block. Cold water on a hot block is STUPID!). For a PREMIUM price I expect PREMIUM service. The hood wasn't latched all the way; discovered that on my drive on the interstate. I don't want a coupon, I don't want a refund. I do know I am not going back. $130 for oil change? Crazy. Get an upcharge on the upcharge. He didn't ask if I wanted the same oil. He did wash my windows.... They said it was an urgent fix that needed to be done, and quoted me $1318. CRAZY. I decided to get a second opinion from Old Hickory after it was recommended to me by someone who lives locally. I dropped it off around 9:45 am, and by 10:30 am they had called me to tell me that they had found a slight crack in the ball joint boots, but that there was no slack in them or the control arms. The man told me that if it was his car, he wouldn't have anything done to it and that I could come get my car. NOT ONLY did they save me $1300, but in addition, they charged me $0 FOR THE INSPECTION!! The other car place was SERIOUSLY trying to take advantage of me as a college girl who came in by herself. I am so thankful to the workers at Old Hickory and will definitely be back if I ever have any car troubles at all!

I have on occasion had my brother pick me up and we get breakfast, but not every time! Today I took my car for an oil change I was the first customer there and told front desk that I was running to get breakfast and he said we will call you when it is ready and I said thank you! I returned and they had not even touched my vehicle. The front desk worker told me that I had to be here in order to receive service. The worker NEVER explained that to me! That should been explained instead of tell me that they would call me when it was ready! There was no apology for the miscommunication or anything! If that was a new policy all employees need to know the policies so that it could be communicated with the customers! That is bad business! I would not be so upset had I at least would have received an apology! I guess my business means nothing to them!

Worked on trailer for Pontoon Boat! These guys had previously worked on my boat. New bunks, lights,…read moretires, winch and strap. Charged me $2500. They put 4 ply tires on the trailer. Minimum 8 ply should have been used. Ended up with 2 blow outs. Highway patrolman that stopped and helped my wife and I called it reckless and dangerous. We're lucky no one was hurt. Also winch didn't work correctly. The boat didn't fit on the trailer either. I had to have that adjusted for an extra $130. I'm thankful passerby's stopped and assisted. Be very careful if using this company. I have learned a very expensive lesson and I certainly don't want anyone else to get themselves in a dangerous situation.

We called them, the guy showed up within 15 minutes and got us in the truck. Well, we were still needing to get back to our Air BnB with a load of groceries, with no Uber in sight. The man, whom I believe his name is Dustin, said that his wife would help transport us to our AirBNB in Finger, Tn. He did an excellent job suggesting a nearby shop : The Tire Shop at 588 HWY 45 Bypass Henderson, TN. They were closed but luckily they were still on site and able to take the car and said they will fix it tomorrow. His lovely wife took us to our AirBNB and I feel so blessed that she took time out of her day as well to help us. The help on suggesting where to take the car and also helping transport us back to where we needed to go felt like such a God moment and I hope that family stays blessed I am impressed with their service and their hospitality and I would recommend their help and services. I made a call to Hi-Way Wrecker Service and was met with a person who said they could have someone out there in 10 minutes. Less than ten minutes later, my daughter called that the serviceman was there. He unlocked her car quickly and was able to take payment over the phone.
