My Wife and I walked in on Valentine's Day. I ended up purchasing a watch for $199.00 and thought…read moreit was a decent deal. I get home. Try to set the day and date. It doesn't work properly. On 2/15 I drove back out to the store with the intention of getting a refund and being done with the experience. Well, they don't take refunds. Just store credit in exchange. Needless to say, I'm not happy. Now I have to wait and see if the store gets a new watch in exchange for the malfunctioning one. What I don't understand is, I came back the very next day, with the item and proved it wasn't working properly. How does that warrant a refund? This makes no sense at all.
