As a person, she's not bad, but as a boss she is horrible and has no idea how to run a business. Her promoting owner had to send an amazing sales rep to her office just to help her, and as a business owner, she is still in the crappy situation. Unlike the owner, I actually went to school for Business Management, and learned through the greatest teachers what it takes to run a business. More importantly, I learned the term "saturated market", which this market is. The majority of the people in this area already has the products that we were selling and when I tried telling the owner this, she got mad and wouldn't believe me. The owner goes through more people than Microsoft has updates, and they have all left because of her, including me. She was always contradicting herself and made me feel like I couldn't do my job, even though I know that I'm a good sales rep (I've been a sales rep for a few years now). Save yourself a huge headache and stay away from this office. There are 580 offices all over the country. Go to one of them, because this owner's office is going to fail, guaranteed.
