They are the ones who flag you in and are supposed ensure your tire goes in on the track. I've stopped trusting them and checking myself because half the time they are still flagging you forward but they are not even looking at your car much less the tire. I have had to completely stop and wait for them to look because I knew was off even though he was blindly waving me forward. When he finally looked over he directed me to adjust my wheel. They other thing that can be highly frustrating with the pre-washers is most of them barely spray the front and sometimes don't do the back at all...they use to brush the grill so bugs will come off during the wash but I only get this every so often now. And when they do it's barely a brush at all right before the car enters the washers. It's an okay wash, nothing spectacular and I always have to do the grill myself because it's hardly ever clean especially after travel. I have a subscription with them but I'm going to try another company we have here. I tried them right after traveling in another city and it was unbelievably amazing. I did not have to do a thing after and the prices were lower. Go figure. So Today's is okay if you just want a dust off but don't expect anything spectacular.
