Oh no! I am upset that I didn't come check the YELP reviews before I made my purchase. I purchased my box truck logos from here 5 years ago and don't recall having the issue I'm having now and it appears it's the same issue a lot of others have had as well. I sent an email and Enrico answered, I asked if they could find my artwork and order from 5 years ago, they did. And I told him, I just wanted another set of the same. Not a problem , I'm told. This was on a Monday 10/27 And I make the purchase. I received the proofs to approve from Production on Thursday 10/30 (which I clearly said I just want a duplicate copy of the exact same logos made but ok, they want me to approve again).. I paid for 3 business days expediting. And it is now 11/5 and there's been no communication regarding the whereabouts of my order. I emailed Enrico 11/2 (a Sunday) and he quickly responded back he would check with production and let me know when the logos were ready and said he'd send me the tracking info once it was ready. Negating that the website states " ridiculously fast" and that I paid for the expedited shipping and the website says it should take product production to the 1-2 days. I sent another email to Enrico expressing my concern on the delay and advised I'd recently gotten pulled over because my truck didn't have them on. I told him I only came back to this company because I recalled it was easy to order and my order (from what I recalled) came quick with no issue. I'm all the way in California I'm certain I could have found someone closer and cheaper but out of loyalty and my original experience kept this company in mind. One thing I don't like is being ripped off , the second thing I don't like is being ignored when I know dang well they received my email. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as my bank to dispute the charges. Do not use this company. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, I ordered signs on September 16th and paid for express shipping. About 9 days after the order, I checked the online status and it was waiting to be scheduled for production. So I called and someone answered, although dry she said her team wouldn't respond right away and that she'd update me. Two days go by, nothing! So I start calling a couple times a day and leaving voicemails. Online status still says waiting for scheduling in production every time I check. Tried calling again and leaving Voicemail. No answers at all every time I call ever since the first time I called. I had to get on phone with PayPal to dispute this transaction and that obviously takes time. Can't even get anyone on the phone to cancel the order or get an update! STAY AWAY!!!! read more

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! I am a real estate agent who needed "For Sale" signs. After I ordered my signs on line I received, and approved, a proof from Speedy Signs (Which, by the way, is a VERY misleading name because they are VERY SLOW!). The color was wrong (Very dark blue that had almost no contrast with the black = no contrast on a two color sign) on the first batch of signs that I received. I spoke with Adriana, who in the beginning was very nice, and she instructed me to take a picture and send it to her. After comparing the picture that I sent of the signs that I received to the proof that I approved, Speedy Signs (again, not so speedy!) agreed that their color did not match the proof and Adriana said that they would "Calibrate their machines" and remake my signs. After waiting almost six weeks (again, not so speedy!) I receive a replacement order. The color on the replacement order was almost just as bad as it was on the first order and NOT EVEN CLOSE to the color on the proof that I approved. I again complained to Adriana and she instructed me to send a picture of all ten of the signs and said that she would discuss with management. Much to my surprise (because the two orders were virtually identical), the response from Adriana was: "I have reviewed this with my Manager as well as with the President of our Company and we do feel that the new signs are the correct color and are up to our standard. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with a refund as we have provided you with the requested product." Their colors absolutely DO NOT match the proof that I approved. This company is crooked! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will NEVER do business with Speedy Signs (again, NOT SO SPEEDY!) again! read more

Vanity was amazing in helping me to get a number of signs on very short notice. I was concerned that they wouldn't get here in time, and she made sure they did. She was even on the production floor making sure that everything was taken care of for me. The signs look great, and I will be using Speedy Signs again. Three errors: 1. Wrong aspect ratio (non-proportional), even though I said I need my signs a very specific dimension (even sent picture), did not know about hanging characters... 2. Typo in one of the signs...poor quality control 3. Sent sign reverse printed, and did not specify, or even ask if reverse ro normal (mount inside or outside of surface....) Not very good customer service... Was the cheapest for quotes, but only 50% discount on their mistake, which made this the most expensive. My first signs turned out fabulous, but the application instructions were wrong. My second set of signs were all wrong, but they couldn't tell me why since this order looked exactly the same on their end. All they would say is "I'm sorry, but our signs are custom and there's nothing we can do about it." I get so sick of businesses saying "I'm sorry, but". They wouldn't consider any other stance but that, and now I have to pay all over again. They're not cheap, and not very fast. I would seriously consider finding someone local to do this for you so you can see it before it goes through. Seems as though signage isn't something that can reliably be done online. read more

Wow, this company is terrible. i placed an order, received it and it was not the quality i expected. Called them twice, no resolution. emailed, no resolution. The order was for license plate tags. The print quality was not good and the holes for the screws to go in were not all the same. I even shipped the product back to them with a note, and no response. terrible! wish there was a "no star" selection. 1 star is very undeserving. read more

I would be embarrassed to display this even as a joke. It was shipped carelessly and arrived very damaged. There was no wrapping or padding in the box. The sign holder was tossed in on top of the sign to rub around loose. Printing was damaged on both sides and three of the four corners were bent. I ordered this sign through Zazzle, so I guess you should avoid Zazzle too. read more

I had few bad experiences with speedy signs. The company keeps changing prices and product specification. The product is not done per your specification. As a designer, I don't recommend them to any friends or fellow designers. Personally, i stoped ordering from them. Extra saving doesn't worth the headache. Also don't believe their promotion and coupons. Along with the headache you will get a irresponsible management people with bad attitude. Without getting into details here I would just like to say that an obvoious mistake in my order was handled very poorly by the Management at Speedysigns.com, Speedysignsusa.com and Signsite.com. If there were no stars, I would have picked that. This company made a sidewalk sign for me based on a design I uploaded. After taking a week to get the sign (they're supposed to be 'speedy' but they aren't) when I opened it I couldn't believe it. The background was 4 shades darker and the text didn't show up on it! They refused to refund my money or make another sign. I lost $100 on this - don't waste your money. They do NOT care about making the customer happy, at all. I will never order from them again and will caution everyone I know not to do business with them. They care more about the few dollars it takes to replace a product than to satisfy customers or even communicate effectively with them in the first place. read more

I placed an order for 2 separate vinyl stickers, 2 names, once I PAID for my order I received an email from a woman named Adriana Mata who informed me that they could possibly put the 2 names on one sticker. Weeks went by with no word from them. I called to find out the status of my stickers and there was first no customer service reps available, after countless calls over many days. When Adriana finally calls me back she stated that there was some sort of mix up in my order and that my order had not been sent to production yet. I ordered a yard sign to advertise the "coming soon" status of my house. I designed 2 lines of print, EACH to be 3" in height. When I received the sign, the 2 lines of print, along with the spacing in between them was a total of 3" high. Are you kidding me? I can barely read it from 3 feet, so there was no way an interested person could read it from the street. Their website is extremely misleading. They refused to do anything but charge me 25% less for another sign. Seriously?? I'm a realtor, have frequent open houses, and will NEVER, NEVER use this company again. Warning. There is NO customer support. They sent the decal we asked for, but the letters adhered to the paper backing and split the backing, rendering them unusable. When we called customer service, we were told the manager would call back. After 2 more phone calls and numerous e-mails, no manager, no service, no money back. Total 100% ripoff. I contacted them after I received a sign that was no where near what I had ordered, I spoke to a so called "manager" ( unprofessional manager that tries to have the last word and argues with you, and I wonder why they have a retail job) I asked for the supervisor, so that I could be contacted to resolve this issue not to be blamed for someone else's lack of professionalism. This experience has been the WORST I've ever had to deal with. I had asked for a refund as I was not satisfied with my order and was denied my request, the supervisor at speedy signs said they would send me a new sign that would work with the awning and it has been almost 2 months and nothing. I have called them several times, where now they know my name. I have sent back proofs of approval as they have not followed the instructions listed and also have not communicated with me other than "we will have someone call you back" and nothing.
