There was just one minor issue which was a simple typo I noticed after getting them and looking over them. I went back and showed the woman that did everything for me and she said since I approved the proof in the email that there was nothing she could do about it except to just know to fix it in the next books I order. In the email I was generally looking over the layout of everything and the color of everything to make sure it was what I wanted. I wasn't paying attention to every single letter to make sure it was spelled correctly I just thought that was common knowledge. Instead of offering to fix her simple human mistake or atleast offer a discount on the next books she told me there was nothing she could do and basically said it was all my fault. Now I have this pile of books that I will not use because it looks unprofessional for my business and I am out of the money I paid to have them made. I hate to say it but I cannot recommend this place simply because of that simple mistake and lack of decency to want to help make things right.

Went to talk to the store today and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could at least look in the back and make sure it didn't get miss place and they refused saying no packages go in the back and there's nothing they can do about my package, which was for a customer! They tried to blame USPS for never scanning it in when they received it but ALL of my other packages got scanned in so it's impossible that USPS just decided not to scan in one package out of 8! If I could give them zero stars I would.

I am upset that I didn't come check the YELP reviews before I made my purchase…read more I purchased my box truck logos from here 5 years ago and don't recall having the issue I'm having now and it appears it's the same issue a lot of others have had as well. I sent an email and Enrico answered, I asked if they could find my artwork and order from 5 years ago, they did. And I told him, I just wanted another set of the same. Not a problem , I'm told. This was on a Monday 10/27 And I make the purchase. I received the proofs to approve from Production on Thursday 10/30 (which I clearly said I just want a duplicate copy of the exact same logos made but ok, they want me to approve again).. I paid for 3 business days expediting. And it is now 11/5 and there's been no communication regarding the whereabouts of my order. I emailed Enrico 11/2 (a Sunday) and he quickly responded back he would check with production and let me know when the logos were ready and said he'd send me the tracking info once it was ready. Negating that the website states " ridiculously fast" and that I paid for the expedited shipping and the website says it should take product production to the 1-2 days. I sent another email to Enrico expressing my concern on the delay and advised I'd recently gotten pulled over because my truck didn't have them on. I told him I only came back to this company because I recalled it was easy to order and my order (from what I recalled) came quick with no issue. I'm all the way in California I'm certain I could have found someone closer and cheaper but out of loyalty and my original experience kept this company in mind. One thing I don't like is being ripped off , the second thing I don't like is being ignored when I know dang well they received my email. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as my bank to dispute the charges. Do not use this company.
