My husband went to Alamo glass to pay the deposit of 160.29. The window finally came and was installed we were pleased with the work and the service men. The remaining balance should have been 161.00 but when they look at the receipt it showed a deposit amount of 121.00 not 160.29 my husband was confused so the service man called the office to try to figure out what happened and he was told that their draw balanced out on the day the deposit was paid then he explained we can go in to speak with Joe so we went to Alamo glass to speak with Joe but he had the same story my husband explained to him that he was told that a deposit of 160.29 had to be paid for the window to be ordered Joe then said "well we don't require people to pay the exact amount" and continued to say it was nothing he could do he didn't even try to meet us half way on this issue he just brush us off very very very poor customer service. We ended up paying 200.29 so we loss 40.00 and the lady that took the payment of 200.29 could barely look at us but this was a lesson learn for us. WE WON'T EVER USE ALAMO GLASS IN GROVES TEXAS AGAIN and WE HAVE LET ALL OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW NOT TO USE ALAMO GLASS IN GROVES TEXAS.

Brought it in to get repaired and the only thing that was done was they sent it to Classic Chevrolet to put a new radio in.(which is still broken) I picked up my car Monday and it's still making the same noise and the air conditioner only blows cold when you're driving. If you're just sitting there like at a red light it doesn't blow cold (it blows between 70-75°) so I went back up there today and took one of the managers Kevin Lee with me for a drive and he pretended like he didn't hear anything. Then I took the service manager for a ride and he clearly heard the noise I was talking about and said that it should be blowing just as cold while I'm stopped. Mind you I took a road trip to Louisiana and it totally quit blowing all together. They said that they won't fix it because it hasn't "failed" yet. Then said "you do realize you bought a used car right?" And I said yes and it had a 1,000 mile warranty and y'all said y'all would fix this problem the day after I bought it. I was also told that my 30 day or 1,000 mile warranty was up (they had my car for almost 3 weeks!!!)I was up there for 3 hours today and they told me they wouldn't fix it. I'M BEYOND PISSED AND WANTED TO PUNCH HIM SQUARE IN HIS FACE!!!! This is how they treat people who were affected by Harvey!!! PLEASE SHARE SO OTHERS WILL BE WARNED!!!
