This was a simple tire swap--I already had the mounted tire ready. No complicated repair. No one ever showed up. No call, no update, nothing. Then the shop closed without notifying me, leaving me stranded. I ended up having to call another roadside service (Love's) to get the job done. Because of this, I lost time, money, and will now miss an important appointment. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
