I was actually prepared to buy four tires since I couldn't find just one used run-flat anywhere else. The service was awesome, quick, easy, and the guys were really nice. They corrected the issue, they striped the wheels and recoated the gloss finish, and the wheels came out looking proper. They hire people that can't even speak English. I asked for loaners. They gave me mismatched wheels. One wheel was bent so bad it was wobbling while driving I had to pull over.
