There was curb damage and light corrosion around the wheel bolt area so in addition to mounting and balancing the new Pirellis I had them do a full refinish. The attention to detail was very well appreciated! The factory colors were a perfect match, even down to the the CNC milled finish. A nice thick coat of clear locks in the beautiful work H&W did on these wheels. They even used dark colored wheel weights to blend in better with the color of the barrel of the wheel. Weights were added correctly, not all over the place but in one area on each balance point of the wheel (I used to work in a shop so I can appreciate a good balance job). Zero vibration all the way up to highway speed. Couldn't be happier. Already sent a friend their info to repair his Porsche wheels. A+ shop. Real gentlemen to deal with and very reasonably priced.

I found some sites online that claimed they had it, but after the order was placed the site had to cancel the order because they couldn't get stock (this happened on 2 different websites). Then I came here... not only did this place have NEW (in the package and everything) hubcaps- they were slightly less money (and of course no shipping and handling). I was pleasantly surprised by their price, professionalism and honesty. They came when promised in the rain. The tech was so polite considering the crappy weather he has to work in. On the down side their ad stated they can meet or beat any advertised price when I stated a lower price the gentleman informed me he could not match or beat the price I got. However he did lower his price by a few dollars. all in all for a difference of 98$ I decided just for the convenience I would forgo the lower price. Kudos to Gotham tire and its techs.

Nick, helped right from the start (I knew what I was looking for) and he was able to help make sure the tires I needed were the right ones for my SUV. He commented that he could try to get them for me same day but I planned to come a few days later, Nick stated he'd have them ready for me when I came to the shop. When I arrived for installation, I was taken right away and assured it would only be around 30 minutes. I was directed to pay (use cash to avoid the 3% credit fee) and by the time I was done, my tires were already off and being swapped out. I didn't notice a waiting area (it was a bit cold out but tolerable) but in honesty, it wasn't really needed as I basically blinked and my new tires were on and I was being told that I was ready to go. Overall, every single person I interacted with was absolutely amazing. From talking to Nick to get the right tire and have all my questions answered, to the man directing me to the correct bay to pull my car in, to the cashier (slightly hard to hear with all the noise but ok), to the two men who installed my new tires, I was incredibly impressed!
