I called and he was like "yeah, we're busy, standard Monday morning stuff, can we come at 10?" No, you made an appointment with me to bid on a job, didn't show up or call. Doesn't bode well for work ethic or project management. If you can't manage your calendar and keep in contact with customers at this stage, there is zero trust that you would do so for an actual project. Shameful. Edit: am attaching photos of the series of text messages the owner sent me 10 minutes after I posted this review. Completely unprofessional.

The area where the repair was done required pulling back a large area of carpet in two separate areas, which met at a seam in the doorway. Clay's team showed me why this repair could result in a less than perfect end result, but I told them to proceed. In the end, the loose area of flooring was repaired and the carpet was stretched back such that we could not tell it had even been pulled up. We will certainly use Complete Contractor Services in the future!
