Personally I dealt with the store Manager David and without a doubt this is someone who gets serious points for his emphasis on service and his rather relaxed attitude towards selling within 20 minutes I had been helped and the ring was purchased...my wife loved it and all was well The not-so-good starts and ends with the actual service AFTER the purchase. When we came back from our wedding (destination weddings are the way to go) we proceeded to go back to the store on January 2nd to have our rings resized. The sales person who rushed to greet us advised that we couldn't get them resized as our diamond warranty didn't cover resizing. I advised that the store manager said that he would resize them for us upon our return she was very quick to advise that he was on vacation for a week and we needed to come back to resolve the discrepancy and she wasn't able to help us. I was feeling extremely frustrated as i followed the instructions given by the store manager. Luckily for me I saw a familiar face from when I bought my wife's ring. Matthew. At that point he was a compete Godsend. He asked why I didn't look happy and I told him what the situation was. He laughed and said we didn't need to wait for David and he would send our rings out AND process our return which his co worker couldn't do. Complete relief! Our rings were sent out and today (Jan 16) we got them back a week ahead of schedule! I would recommend getting the warranty on any jewelry store but at Michael Hill they provide a bit of a special touch not only do they offer lifetime warranty at a reasonable price BUT if u want to upgrade your ring or earrings you can bring it in USED and they will give you the full value of what you paid for the piece originally ...no other jewelry business offers that! So if you are in the market for a engagement, wedding ring or any jewelry give them a try and make sure you ask for David or Matthew you won't be disappointed!

I'm partial to their necklaces, and then their rings. Well-made, good quality. They're the kinds of pieces that you buy while thinking of gifting them to a family member or good friend, but when you have the items in private you end up being pretty tempted to keep them for yourself. Earrings are very nice, too, but I can only wear the smaller pieces; I'm a lightweight-earring kind of gal. Mostly gold and silver in colour. Made in Canada - Toronto! Pewter material, dipped in gold/silver/copper. The lobster clasps have never disappointed me (they're not the cheap ones sometimes found in craft stores). One of the original things about their necklaces, is that they're double sided. So you can get more wear out of them. I'd forgo their gratis white background floral jewelery gift box, which arrived bent in the mail despite the bubble packaging. I bought a ring on Dec 10, and I picked it up from the store Dec 24 so I had it for Jan 11, our wedding anniversary. Everything seemd fine until one of the stones fell out of the ring a week after I gave it to my wife. The store refused to do anything as it was an online purchase. Their customer service refused to do anything as it was more than 30 days since I bought it. They said I should have bought the warranty (whoch EXCLUDES MISSING STONES BY THE WAY) and suggested I take it back to this location to see if they could repair it at my expense. So, they do NOT stand behind their product, hide bhind their 30 day return poilcy and offer absolutly no ccountability for poorly made merchandise sold in their online store. I'll be taking this ring to a REAL jeweler to be fixed, and never doing business with them again.

Yorkdale is horrible as well but I don't have a review on them yet. Okay so apart from those two locations, I've always have a pleasant experience and my shopping experience at STC Pandora was no different. I've shopped at this location a few times and the customer service is always fantastic. On this particular day, because of an early morning appointment, I arrived at the mall before it opened. I walked around window shopping for a bit and then plunked myself down in front of Pandora to eagerly await the arrival of the Pandora employee (visualize: puppy waiting at the front door for it's master to come home). Knowing how busy Pandora stores can get during the day, this was probably the most ideal time to come! I was the only customer in the store (granted, that lasted only seconds!) and I was in and out in no time with a new bracelet and charm! This time, I opted for the smooth leather (triple wrap) bracelet in black. The coloured smooth leather bracelets seem to have almost a metallic finish to them and the brown leather one doesn't look like it was 'finished' at all. It's strange... and it isn't a one-off, I've seen it at other stores too... the brown leather one is just shoddy looking. Anyway, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service I received from this store.

From our very first appointment back in April, Catherine was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. My partner came with me on the first visit just to browse, and Catherine kindly helped her find her ring size and get a sense of her design/style preferences. On subsequent secret visits (between just Catherine and I), we refined the design specs, set a comfortable budget range and she guided me through every stage of the custom ring-making process via whatsapp. What really stood out was how educational and transparent the experience was. Catherine gave me a thorough, easy-to-understand rundown of the 4 C's (cut, colour, clarity, carat) and where I could maximize the value of my budget when customizing the ring. Never once did I feel pressured, talked down to, or upsold -- just genuine care and expertise throughout. The final result exceeded all expectations. When I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancée) in Japan this October, she was absolutely over the moon! The ring was stunning -- elegant, beautifully crafted and exactly what she had dreamed of. The sales lady named Moon and Dori were very helpful and welcoming. Moon went to the back room looked for my size a few times and really try to find the size and style suits my budget and taste. I indeed very happy to found my jade bangle, I fell in love immediately as soon as she took it out from the back. I think that's what is called destiny. Highly recommend Aram…read more Initially I contacted the store on Queen st. They quoted me $55 to repair my disconnected necklace. When I sent photo via email to Aram, he was quick to respoded back. He quoted $25 for 1 hour service. I just picked up my repaired Jewerly from the store. Aram was very peasant to work with in person, he even lowered the price to $20 when he actually saw my necklace, fixed, even polished nicely. Now I am looking for more jewelries to repair.
