Nothing in the contract was delivered and we paid 4000.00 dollars for garbage we threw out. The food was full of salt, not cooked enough (raw chicken, raw greens, etc.), over cooked (burned dressing, burned ham, overcooked vegetables that were to have been fried corn and fried squash), stove top stuffing burned, watery potato salad, etc. I am willing to show anyone the photos of the dog food presented that we flushed down the toilet and garbage disposal, and sent back to her by her staff. The food was also delivered late and my family was completely disappointed and those that ate some of the food became ill. I would not have served this food to a stray dog.....beware. I paid over $2,900 toward this agreement through Zelle and Cash App, with documentation of every transaction. The vendor canceled the contract in early June weeks before the August 1 event date leaving me scrambling with no decorator and no refund of the remaining $1,528 I'm owed. She never once visited or inspected the venue, and all communication was done remotely. Despite staying in consistent communication about payments and keeping her informed throughout the process, she canceled without fulfilling a single service. The contract does not give the vendor the right to keep client funds if THEY choose to cancel , yet here we are. I have retained all payment records, text messages, and contract documentation. This is an active consumer complaint. Save yourself the stress and your money ,find a vendor who honors their agreements.
