I moved away for a few years and tried seeing other foot doctors, but the results were just not the same. Dr. Maleski is attentive, thorough and honest. The frankness displayed in the explaination of his diagnoses and treatment options prove that he is looking out for your best interest. He doesn't make you run through expensive, ineffective treatments, but instead provides a fair assessment of all the options available to you. Great guy. If there's a negative, it's his dual office locations (Cranberry and Arnold.)

We scheduled an appointment for our daughter as she is a baby to just get her checked out. When I…read morecalled the scheduling department, I was explicitly clear this was a one off visit due to us visiting family. Upon arrival the office informed us that due to us not becoming patients they could not see us. As new parents we wanted her checked out to be sure, a patient presents with concerns and is turned away for not being regular. Feels like a violation of the Hippocratic oath at best, and a ploy to bill me and my insurance. If anything more serious comes of her illness.... there will be legal repercussions. Also, I cannot help but wonder if my wife's race played some part in this refusal of medical services on highly suspect grounds. I am also filing a specific complaint with Allegheny Health Network as this violates their mission statement: AHN puts you at the center of everything we do. Led by compassionate health experts, we provide care right in your community, at locations across western Pennsylvania. Maybe but not the Mercer office. I gave one star cause I have to give a star, but that's being generous.

The staff is loud and uncaring and are more concerned about making sure they go their lunch break. When the clock strikes 12 make sure you are not in their way of you might be run over. They never even consider that the patient is their customer and that there livelihood comes from each and every one of them. And don't cross the office manager. I've tried to correct an insurance problem with her and it's like talking to a wall. Dr. C. is only there one day a week but I would suggest looking elsewhere for a good podiatrist. He won't be there much longer and you certainly don't need to experience the office negligence that goes on there. Find yourself a good podiatrist elsewhere.
