Bob is always up to date with the latest treatments and therapies and is always open to dialogue and questions during our sessions. I have paid for service for years to be treated poorly by Maria, just to see Kelly Hoover. I am no longer willing to be treated badly because her job is hard. My job is hard too! But I do it, and the people who are nice to me actually matter-to Maria, everyone is the same. I'm not a drug addict, I don't have bipolar disorder-very different, highly unstable disorders-I have depression that I deal with and manage well. But I'm treated like I don't matter everytime I go to this facility-by Maria. I have earned the right to be treated well. I've never said a word about her behavior until now. I pay too much to see Kelly to deal with this.
