Please see email I sent to the customer service without a reply:…read more Hi, I have a major concern with a recent experience that I had with GA Roadside on 11/29/25 . I called for servicing when my car would not start. I asked over the phone "What if it isn't a battery issue?" The dispatcher assured me the technician is a mechanic and would be able to tell me if it wasn't the battery. This was one of my main questions when I called to inquire. The technician came out and I showed him a video on my phone of what I experienced with the car that morning. He did not try to turn the car on himself and said "This is definitely a battery issue." He also did not do a test on the battery at all. He then swapped out the battery and the car still wouldn't start.. He said my battery appeared very old, like it was at least 2 years old. He said there are no services for towing that he could help me with, even though towing, I believe is mentioned on your website. I had it towed on my own to a local repair shop who said the area around the battery was corroded and it needed a new throttle body. I also confirmed that I indeed had a new battery replaced in FEB 2025. I feel totally scammed by this experience and paid $345. I will need to be refunded for some or all of this. His professionalism was top tier and put my mind at ease on ensuring he could get it done and he did. Hands down I will use them in the near future. Highly recommend!
