He checked out my vehicle. Found the issue but my warranty company would not cover it. He called me and explained what the problem was. Again very professional. I picked up my vehicle and upon his suggestion I'll take it to a place that specializes in the vehicles issue. He did not charge me at all. I will go back and send people there. It's my fault I didn't get an estimate up front they took approximately one and a half hours to install the trailer wire kit that I provided and the guy charged $290 labor he did top off the antifreeze and charged 15 of that for that but I just had service at stenoco in Jackson a week ago
