After my early check-in, I sat in the waiting area for about two hours, watching and listening to the manager interacting with customers. My observations? Friendly, matter-of-fact, clear. Andy explained everything going on with his client's cars. He made recommendations, and more importantly, noted what didn't need to be done. He gave accurate representations about when services would be completed. For my car, he got the part quickly and told me they had looked over the whole car and only found one repair that needed to be made (besides my originating situation). He was accurate in his honesty, because I already knew I was needing a new rear brake job in the next month. While my car was being repaired, I walked around downtown Decatur. I reacquainting myself with some old, and mostly new, businesses and restaurants. I arrived back at the repair shop in the mid-afternoon, just after they finished repairing the car. Upon arrival a gentleman stopped me and asked if he could help. I told him I was there to have tires put on and he laughed and said come back in 2 hours. When I questioned why he told me that the tire company had one bay and he showed up when he wanted. I went to More Miles Tires on Gresham and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Styles has an unresponsive phone number with a full message box so you can't even contact them.

Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire.
