To me its worth paying the extra 2-3 cents per gallon just to avoid the wait. Plus I probably would burn more gas than I would save waiting in line for my turn at the pump. Also their price sign is huge and lit up so its very easy to know what the price is from all the way down the block. The Convience Store attached to it is pretty good too. I often will need milk or eggs or something like that and will just run over to the Xtra Mart to grab them. Their prices are pretty reasonable and their sales associates are usually pretty frienndly

I paid at the pump using Apple Pay and got a receipt without going inside so I didn't interact with any of the staff, this place is definitely popular with the locals it seem the gas prices are competitive and I'm sure really very competitive if you're a rewards member. Getting out of the parking lot and merging into traffic was a little challenging being it was about 6:00 PM even if you exit on the side street to use the traffic signal. This place was clean and I had no issues with the fuel island and the receipt dispenser worked fine - this is a great option to fuel up with or without using your rewards...

The parking lot is pretty big, and there's a good amount of extra parking or turning area if you have a trailer in tow or something. The fuel prices, however, are routinely among the most expensive in the area, so I rarely buy gas here. (87 Octane, for example, is often as much as 20 cents/gallon higher than elsewhere). The convenience store layout inside is nice and pretty open considering the selection, and they recently upgraded much of it, so it's all fairly clean. The snack (excluding "prepared foods"), beverage, and candy selections are slightly bigger than some others. Prices are OK, some things are a little less or a little more than elsewhere, but not bad overall. They recently added a soft serve machine, but it's self-serve and I don't think it sees much use. Other standard convenience store things (ciggs, lotto, basic car maintenance items, ice, limited household items, etc.) are available as well.

This store has 8-10 fuel pumps and a mini grocery store inside. On 8/21/26 they refused to cash any ticket over 100 dollars, and the excuse was they didn't have enough money in the register. Ct Lottery requires all vendors to have 500 dollars in the drawer at all times. Plus, the staff seems unfriendly and unprofessional at the same time. This store is taking in 1,000 per hour and there should be no excuse not to cash lottery tickets that they are selling. Plus, the employees should stay at the check-out station when there is a crowd of customers not wondering around the store acting like they are too busy to do their job and check-out customers. I guess people don't want to work anymore.
