Whenever she has a concern, she'll call Danny and he fits her service in ASAP (or, STAT if you prefer) and checks the vehicle thoroughly. She's never missed a day because of Danny's management and Todd's expertise. I've bought more than one vehicle from Prime Sales and as long as they have something in stock when I'm looking this is where I'll go. They are not greedy. They care about their customers and treat us all fairly. Hey, I was just disappointed that at the beginning of the lockdown, I needed a truck and they didn't have one. Here's what got us to Vive: It was just a pleasant morning trip to the grocery when a driver making a sudden turn hit our passenger door. No one was injured, and we quickly exchanged insurance information. The result was the other driver's insurance took care of our repair after we wisely accepted a recommendation from friends and insurance carriers. Vive did a terrific job on the repairs, everything carefully completed with a flawless result. We were kept apprised of the repair during the time it was in the shop. So while we're getting credit for being the first to review, it ain't so. We're just apparently the first one to do so using the most familiar name. Got that? So, we're actually updating what we wrote a few years ago (2017, we believe). The guys who run this place are good guys. We've found them to be consistently honest, fair and up front in their dealings. For instance: we just had some tire issues on a 20-year old. car that needed some new tires. We talked it over nd agreed we shouldn't get expensive tourers, and that was Zeller's recommendation. They charged us fairly, did the job quickly, and were a pleasure to deal with in every way. We have friends who been going here for 20 years, and they echo the same praise: this is an honest business establishment that, while not without making mistakes at times, is nonetheless a good place to do business.
