I put in an online order updated my shipping address when I got…read morethe email to confirm my order it had my old address I called almost immediately and was told they cannot modify or cancel the order because it is already in fulfillment. it was a glitch in their system, but refused to do anything to help cancel this order or correct it. now I have an $80 order going to an address that I don't live at. I was told if I want to cancel the order to return it to the store once it comes. what part of I do not live there anymore do they not understand ?! Kohls has lost my business for good. I even got an email confirmation that I updated my address and they still refuse to do anything to fix it

This store gave us incredible service. My husband ordered a…read moresuit from them for our son's wedding which was in California. The makers of the suit failed to send it on time and it was getting close to the time we were scheduled to leave. The owner of the shop, herself, had the suit overnighted to her store then drove it to our house, did the additional measuring, drove it to the tailor for hemming/fitting then brought it back to our house which is a half hour drive from the store. The suit looked and fit fantastic. Thank you Patrick & James!
