And of you use your imagination you could imagine spilling out into a mall teeming with hordes of people sharing a retail experience However the mall is across the street and no longer provides this experience. Khols online ordering is a joke. I put in an online order updated my shipping address when I got the email to confirm my order it had my old address I called almost immediately and was told they cannot modify or cancel the order because it is already in fulfillment. it was a glitch in their system, but refused to do anything to help cancel this order or correct it. now I have an $80 order going to an address that I don't live at. I was told if I want to cancel the order to return it to the store once it comes. what part of I do not live there anymore do they not understand ?! Kohls has lost my business for good. This place used to be the best spot to get Nike clothes but their selection for men's Nike clothes has going down significantly to approximately only three racks of men's clothing by Nike. I would like to see more Nike clothes like they used to sell and less of these unknown brands of clothes that no one has ever heard of read more

One of my favorite department stores to shop at. They have great deals and sales all the time. The store layout is really good with the men's clothing on one side and the women's clothing on one side. It just makes going here so good. Probably the worst kohl's I've ever been to. Waited in line for nearly half an hour on a Monday morning just to pay my bill. There were close to 10 people in line and only 2 cashiers and both took at least 10 minutes on one customer. read more
