It is quite enjoyable to peruse the items they are featuring at the time. One of my main attractions are their sales racks - 90% off, 75% off and 50% off. I scored some 75% off gift bags with hearts on them and the word Love which I can use all year long. The store staff always greet you when you come in and point you to where you need to go. Sometimes, they even walk you to the area. Overall, great shopping trip! Look forward to returning in the future...

But it's ok i will continue to shop here! Yesterday my family and I took a trip to Walmart to get toiletries. I like to buy in bulk so every few months I'll grab the big Scott's tissue, paper towels, dish liquid etc. But particularly yesterday I saw 30 rolls of Scott's tissues for $14.27. At first I thought maybe it was in the wrong spot but once I placed the tissue in the cart I realized their were more stacked in the same spot! We get to the register and it rang up $22 and I advised the cashier the price that saw & took a picture of it ! No big deal the manager came over to override the price but said she couldn't give it to me for the price i saw it for but she could take 10% off which came up to $17. From my understanding with experience in retail you're suppose to give the customer the price they see it for especially if there is more than one of the same product! I never made a big deal but the manager apologized about the misunderstanding.

I was told that even though I had the receipt, I couldn't do an exchange for a candle that I didn't like the scent because it was now ringing up at a lower price. Apparently it was out of season. It was new and purchased fairly recently. Very disappointing. I guess I won't be purchasing anything new online from Bath & Body Works anymore.

I'm not sure what was going on before we got there but as soon as we stepped in, we were profiled once again and I know that's what it was because as soon as we walked in, she looked at me up and down, looked at my purse and then looked at My Husband the same way when I tell you every move, we made we were followed by a staff member continuously being bothered, and we were not able to shop whatsoever and I never heard them asking other customers if they knew what they were going to buy or what they were looking for or if they needed help the way they asked us. My Husband and I finally looked at each other and said let's just go and the only items we were able to shop for were two refills for our plug-ins that we have at home and one hand foam soap that was on one of the shelves right next to me as we were in line it was super uncomfortable and very annoying. It was like the lady did not get the hint that we just wanted to look around and shop on our own like everybody else in there especially since they didn't have the fragrance that we wanted in stock we thanked her for helping us look up the item and then letting us know they didn't have it, but I did find it in one of the home fragrance refills so I grabbed that one. My Husband didn't like it very much so he went and found his own fragrance for his own plug-in, and that was it and as we stood in line, like I said, there was a shelf that I was able to browse through because we were in line and the lady who greeted us made her way to the cash register and I'm guessing it was to make sure that we purchased what we had in our hand never again will I shop at this location? I will be taking my business elsewhere. we didn't like the shopping experience at this location at all, and apparently when I told my neighbor she said yeah us too. They weren't profiled, but they were definitely given attitude by the ladies that work there she also agrees that she would not be shopping there either at least not at that location, which is sad because it's very close to our home, but we would rather drive further out to be treated well and not the way we were treated when we were there the last time. I sincerely hope that they find better staff more respectable.
